Domestic Shipping Policy
Our default shipping agent for shipments within Canada is “Canada Post”. We do not currently ship to outside of Canada.
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing times do not reflect transit times.
Choosing a quicker shipping method will not result in quicker processing of your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
In all cases, we pass on flat shipping rates to our customers. We do not operate our Shipping Department as a profit-making center. The online shipping quotes are estimates based on the weight and volume calculations for the products. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges.
All shipments of the products are issued a tracking number & requires a signature upon delivery to the recipients. All shipments are shipped “Standard”. If “Priority” shipping is required, it must be requested & paid for by the recipient. *Priority shipping only reflects transit time, not fulfillment time.
Any promotional shipping (Free Shipping over $100 purchase) is shipped “Standard”.
Vitameens Online does not accept any responsibility for losses, damages, or delays that may occur once the products are shipped.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the mailing address is correct. Vitameens Online is not responsible for customer errors. Any additional shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Products returned to Vitameens Online marked Refused, Returned, Unclaimed, or Invalid Address will be credited back to the customers account, deducting 30% for the restocking fee and all shipping charges including any additional return charges assessed by the courier. Customers will not be contacted if their order is returned to us.
